Once we've found an acceptable--hopefully wonderful!--property and made a strong offer on it, more complicated behind-the-scenes work begins, from aggressive negotiating to accurate completion of the considerable paperwork involved:  

3. a. Review logistics for ownership transfer.
   b. Arrange for new home owner's insurance.
   c. Schedule utilities transfer, school             enrollment, & pet licensure.
   d. Schedule walk-through 24-48 prior to           settlment.
   e. Settlement appointment attended by             Purchaser & Settlement Agent.
   f. Congratulations!
